It was a terrible experience
The guides were not as shown on your website
1 couldnt speak english at all and the other barely spoke english
They were not in Day trip Bali uniform so doubt they even worked for you.
Your advert stated you use “big new speed boat , 11 meter, 400hp “ that was a lie, an old and beaten 200hp boat was used.
We were handed snorkelling equipment that already had used mouth peices on, we should of been handed new mouth peices to put on. ( luckily we brought our own just in case)
Worst of all we were hoping we could atleast get some pictures and videos with the go pro you stated.
But when i asked for the go pro they said they did not have one and asked if we did ?
A terrible and massively overpriced experience which ended by 11am leaving us stuck on the island waiting until 1:30pm to get on the boat and leave

Great trip. Lots of Manta Rays. Super visibility for snorkelling and plenty of life on the coral. Great spot for lunch. The stop off after lunch wasn't that spectacular and not sure worth the journey but overall the team were fantastic and super helpful.

Great communication and we'll organised. The snorkeling trip was the highlight for me. Swimming with manta rays and countless varieties of fish was really very special.

First attempt at booking through Airbnb had to be reversed … so advise to book direct with the team. On the day they pick you up (lovely driver and nice air con vehicle). Once you arrive the crew who meet you are warm and friendly and perfect hosts to spend the day with. The boat if fab! Room on the roof for sunbathing as well as the front. Shade can be found inside. Felt comfortable for the day. I saw a review that said the boat was a bit old … but honestly that doesn’t make any difference. The real quality of this day are the crew that look after you. Lufi was our guide for the day and what a superstar! Felt like one of the family by the end of the trip. Couldn’t have been more helpful and engaging. The drop off points are spectacular. It was a relatively rough day when we went out but Lufi and the team looked after us and found quiet spots for us to enjoy! Highly recommend!!

Best locations of Nusa Penida in 1 day! There are a lot of diff tours, but you can save your time searching – this itinerary is ideally made up. Highly recommend this guys!
