We hired the private boat tour to celebrate my 60th birthday which gave us the flexibility to tailor the day to our likes/dislikes.
The communication leading up to the trip was great and we organised transport for 6 through the company as well, again giving us the flexibility to our start time and how long we stayed at the various sites. Well worth it for the extra cost.
We were greeted by our tour guide, Morgan, who really made the day special through his knowledge of the island, snorkelling and land tour. We have some amazing photos and videos taken by him on the GoPro and our phones. A highlight being the manta rays and Morgan, being a professional driver, got some amazing shots of us with them.
On board our boat, the Sea Dragon, were the captain, Kudus, and crew member, Kadek aka Chris Brown. They made the trip across exciting (but safe) and made sure we got some great shots of the beautiful landscape along the way.
The island tour was good, the lunch was lovely, and some stunning views. It was an hour’s car ride but Morgan entertained us with a bit of carpool karaoke!
My favourite part was on the way back from the island, snorkeling done, we let our hair down, jumping off the boat into crystal blue water then headed back drinking champagne 🍾 with more singing along the way. I think the team were a bit surprised that a bunch of 60 year olds liked to party but they joined in with a couple of birthday songs & dances!
All in all, the trip was the highlight of my trip to Bali. It was the perfect way to spend my birthday and we have lots of happy memories to take away. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Thanks Morgan and team for an awesome day!

This was the best day tour ever. Second we book through this company, very professional and great boat crew and diver. Derrick was our tour guide for the day and nothing was too much for him. He is really the best. On the boat we also pablo escobar and he was funny. All in all s great family outing. Everybody enjoyed it thoroughly, the lunch on the cliffs was out of this world and the various dives were worth a while. He is really the best. On the boat we also pablo escobar and he was funny. All in all s great family outing. Everybody enjoyed it thoroughly, the lunch on the cliffs was out of this world and the various dives were worth a while. Even though we had gotten a little seasick and the weather wasn't quite right, we had a great day. We have seen a lot of fish, mantas and turtles. Our tour guides Olog and Hede were super nice and helpful. At the Klingking beach, they had also taken super nice photos of us. The only point was that the description said it was a private boat tour but we were on the tour with 8 other people. They could have put this a little more clearly in the description.

Lovely tour and well thought out by guides Derrick and Kadek. They anticipated every need and were very safety conscious. We saw a manta ray, large sea turtle and many beautiful fish. I highly recommend !

This was the best thing we did in Bali! Nyoman was the best guide we could have asked for and the crew were as amazing. We swam mere metres from manta rays and turtles in crystal clear blue water around Nusa Penida. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go to the island.

Just got back from a fabulous day out with Jena and Tita. The weather wasn't promising but Jena was so warm and welcoming and we didn't mind. We were a group of 12 on the boat with 4 crew and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. After a bouncy trip across to Nusa Penida we went straight the Manta point where we spent the next 30 minutes in the water with 10 huge manta rays. It was jaw dropping it felt like you could touch them!! Jena led the confident swimmers while Tita looked after us nervous swimmers. We never once felt unsafe or unsure as we were given clear instructions and always looked after. The currents were strong in the water as I had read on previous posts and the waves were quite choppy today but with guidance we were all able to see the mantas with no problems at all.
All safely back in the boat we went to a quieter bay to see thousands of small colourful fish which were quite happy to peck food from our hands.
Lunch was in a great restaurant with amazing views and was good quality.
During the afternoon on our final snorkel..we saw not one but three turtles...our day couldn't have been better!!! And on the way home a pod of dolphins popped up to put the cherry on the cake!!! Highly highly recommended!!!
