UNFORGETTABLE. MUST DO DAY TRIP!!
Absolutely amazing day with Derrick and Aden, the guys couldn’t do enough to make sure you had the best experience snorkelling with Sea Turtles and Manta Rays. You hear bad stories about boat trips in Bali but at no point throughout the whole day did I feel even remotely unsafe. This was only the second time I’d been snorkelling and the team made me feel so at ease, they even bring a life ring into the water and have life jackets if you need them, no shame in using a life jacket if you want to easily float on the water a few people in our group used them.
Excellent underwater footage of the snorkelling trip is sent to you for free also, no extra charge like some places.
Free tea/coffee is offered on arrival and you can buy fruit/croissants and other drinks if you have skipped breakfast as pick up from your hotel will be around 6:30. The lunch is as expected a basic Indonesian buffet style with rice/noodles/chicken etc but does the job. The ‘land tour’ is the only underwhelming part of the trip but it’s a nice break from snorkelling for a few hours if not you would be knackered by midday and ready to go home 😂
The optional extra of private transport to and from the port is well worth the IDR300,000 each way, makes the day completely stress free as it guarantees your arrival. Plus gojeks/grabs aren’t allowed into the port anyway so saves the hassle of ordering one from outside the port area.

Best Snorkeling Trip I've been on
Awesome boat trip. Beautiful snorkeling, saw multiple sea turtles and tons of manta rays. Thank you to Gino for making the trip a bunch of fun.
He took great GoPro photos of everyone.

Experience with the Premium Shared Snorkeling Tour
It was the best experience I have had in Bali.. Saw so many Manta rays, beautiful corals and fish.. The whole team on the boat including Gio and his team were amazing for photos, service and were very nice to talk too.

The tour was really well run and organised. The boat was comfortable and it was a fairly intimate group size of 14. Got to meet some interesting people who I chilled with by the pool at the restaurant while the others did the land excursion (which I’m so glad we didn’t do because apparently there was heaps of traffic and a lot of time spent on the road)
The snorkelling was awesome: lots of coral and colourful fish and sea turtles. The mantas were definitely the highlight of the trip though. It was such a special experience swimming with 10+ of these amazing creatures in such close proximity!
A big shout out to the wonderful guides Nemo and Tim who really looked after us, making sure we were comfortable and having a good time; thanks for your company and hospitality! The driver who picked me and up and dropped me off, Komang was a real sweet heart too.
Some constructive feedback:
-Please find a better solution for water to avoid the single use plastic bottles, especially considering its detrimental to the very experience we’re partaking in, ie enjoying the marine life. (eg everyone fills their own bottles at the head office)
-I don’t think more than 3 snorkelling spots are needed.
-I was trying to find a day trip that did these snorkelling spots but had a land exploration of Lembogan instead of Penida (to avoid the crowds) but couldn’t find such a trip. Could be something you could offer in case you don’t already.
-It would be good to time the manta snorkelling so one boat gets to experience it at a time (even if it means a shorter time slot there). It started off with just our boat group but then another boat joined and there were too many people in the water and there were flippers flapping about in my face and I couldn’t see where my group was so it got a bit intense/chaotic.

Amazing private tour with the best guide.
We recently went on a private boat tour with our family of six with Krisna.
His hospitality, flexibility and care was amazing. I highly recommend this boat tour and ask for Krisna as a guide!

I would definitely recommend travellers to experience this amazing journey, especially with Nemo and Tim, the best guides ever. I was having some boat sick and they took so good care of me. As a none swimmer trying out snorkeling, it is easy to get scared, Nemo and Tim encouraged us to try in small steps, make sure they are always by our side which is really thoughtful.
Plus they are fun and energetic guys that will make your trip much pleasant. Also thanks to the driver Hady, very nice and good driving skill.
If you ever come to Bali don't hesitate to register with them

As a none swimmer trying out snorkeling, it is easy to get scared, Nemo and Tim encouraged us to try in small steps, make sure they are always by our side which is really thoughtful.
Plus they are fun and energetic guys that will make your trip much pleasant. Also thanks to the driver Hady, very nice and good driving skill.
