It was perfect snorkelling weather today and Jena and Tita showed us everything to ‘sea’ in the warm, clear Bali waters.
There was a convenient pick up from our apartment this morning. Before we set sail we were offered tea and coffee in their comfortable office at the marina. At the end of our adventure we were driven back to our apartment.
There was fresh fruit and water readily available on board (and thankfully sea sickness tablets for anyone doubting their sea legs).
The boat was comfy, there were 10 passengers and 4 crew. All the snorkeling equipment was well maintained. My son-14 and daughter- 12 are strong swimmers so handled the occasionally choppy water well, but I felt if they had been nervous Jena and Tita would have been able to accommodate them.
The water was warm, clean and clear. We saw various corals, fish galore, turtles & MANTARAYS! We had plenty of time to explore 4 different dive sites with quite different experiences at each. If I was forced to choose, possibly the mantarays were the most thrilling ( the last site). All in all I felt l saw everything I’d hoped to see.
All the dives were filmed and photographed by Tita. We will be able to download the footage in the morning. We’re all very keen to see it!!
Lunch on the island was nice ( we had the small Balinese buffet but there was also a’la Carte, the view there was gorgeous. A number of photo opportunities were facilitated.

Amazing organisation of the trip. We swam with 4 manta rays! Jena and Tita are fantastic and experienced guides, always in control of the situation and very friendly. The lunch place is also stunning!

This was amazing everyone one was so friendly and so nice they were the best. Aden helped us so much with sea sickness and was so nice of I ever book this again I want Aden there he was so fun and even danced with us

We booked this tour via nusapenida one . We both are non swimmers and had never done snorkelling. However mickey and his team : chicking and puttu made sure we have a safe and unforgettable experience. Mickey initially explained the equipment, itinerary and do’s and the don’ts of the trip. He was with us all the time in water . He expertly guided us through the water with the help of life ring. He made sure that we sight a manta ray . He had pills for Motion sickness. He was kind and patient with us . Not once did we feel unsafe or hurried . Gamet bay was awesome with loads of fishes , coral and crystal clear water. Manta area had choppy waters but mickey made sure we see a manta ray safely. All in all an awesome unforgettable experience. Boat is exactly as you see in pictures. A shout out to Edward also who cleared all my doubts while booking the tour. If you are a couple and don’t know swimming I highly recommend this tour for you

We had the most amazing private day trip with Bali Day Trips and it exceeded all expectations! Everything was so well-organized, and the team made us feel safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of from beginning to end.
A special thank you to Toyi, our snorkelling guide, who was absolutely incredible—so knowledgeable, kind, and made sure we felt confident in the water. Because of him, we got to see some truly breathtaking sea life, including turtles, colorful coral, so many varieties of fish, and even mantarays!
