Our party of 8 did the private Nusa Penida day trip, picked up from our accommodation in Seminyak at 7:30, we were on the water by about 8:45 and returned to Sanur around 5pm. Our fabulous guide Vicky had a rough itinerary mapped out for us, but we were able to be flexible and adapt during the day.
First stop was the manta ray feeding station - however we were unlucky on this occasion and didn't see any. Then there was more snorkelling at Crystal Bay. After that it was time for the land portion of the trip so we were transferred to a couple of cars and headed to AMARTA Penida for lunch (included) and then some cocktails in the clifftop pool overlooking Nusa Lembongan. This spot was so idyllic we decided to linger longer. Vicky informed us that due to traffic and crowds, if we wanted to see the iconic Kelingking Cliff it would likely be a 2.5 hour trip from our lunch spot, which would mean no more snorkelling. We had seen how crowded both it and Angel's Billabong were from the boar earlier and decided to give both a miss - with the searing December heat we were keen to get back in the water.
So back to the boat and then we headed to Nusa Lembongan and did about 40 minutes of drift snorkelling, which was magnificent - the highlight being swimming with a turtle. After that we cruised around for a bit longer, diving off the top of the boat and then came the highlight of the day - following/being followed by a large pod of dolphins for at least 20 minutes. The crew were saying they had never seen such a gathering before. Finally it was back to the chill village of Sanur, which we liked the look of so much we arranged to be picked up later and have an early dinner there.
The whole day was probably the highlight of our Bali trip and the crew at Day Trip Bali / Bali Boat Tours were a big part of that. Highly recommend. (TA)

Drift snorkeling with Nemo was a phenomenal experience. Starting at Manta Point (I think was the name) was a bit choppy but Nemo and his folks did an excellent job of keeping everyone together while we looked for any mantas that were transiting the area. From there we went drift snorkeling which was exceptionally rewarding. In addition to practicing my free diving, we saw turtles, adolescent barracuda, small sharks, puffer fish, and were able to observe countless tropical fish in their natural habitat. (A)

Drift snorkeling with Nemo was a phenomenal experience. Starting at Manta Point (I think was the name) was a bit choppy but Nemo and his folks did an excellent job of keeping everyone together while we looked for any mantas that were transiting the area. From there we went drift snorkeling which was exceptionally rewarding. In addition to practicing my free diving, we saw turtles, adolescent barracuda, small sharks, puffer fish, and were able to observe countless tropical fish in their natural habitat. (A)

A really great day out and this trip is a must do if you’re in Bali! The guides (Kudil & Tita) were amaaaazing and looked after us so well. We always felt safe and comfortable
We got very lucky and were able to see mantas, turtles and even dolphins

A really great day out and this trip is a must do if you’re in Bali! The guides (Kudil & Tita) were amaaaazing and looked after us so well. We always felt safe and comfortable

This was the first time I had been to the country first time at ever done snorkelling, Sandy and his colleague made me feel safe. They were very helpful throughout the day providing us with fruits, water education on the land as well as helping out with all the activities. They have a very good business. I highly recommend using their services as from my opinion, the other best. (TA)

Had private boat trip and jet skiing with Ketut and made , made and Ketut they were proper friendly and very helpful , they were so lovely jet skiing definitely was top 1 super fun… snorkeling , see lots of dolphin on the way back Such an amazing experience ! Definitely will do it again (TA)
