Wonderful Family Snorkeling and Fishing Adventure with JetAsia’s JA20 and Jena
Our family of 5 had a great day with JetAsia’s JA20 boat on June 15, 2025, guided by the excellent Jena. This all-inclusive snorkeling and fishing trip, with convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off to the jetty, was a highlight of our Bali vacation, despite some rough seas.
A driver picked us up from our hotel at 8:00 AM, making the start smooth. At the jetty, we met Jena and the JetAsia crew at their office for check-in. The office was comfortable, with air-conditioning, a seating area, drinks, and clean shower facilities—great for post-trip freshening up. The JA20 boat was spacious, suitable for up to 20 people but cozy for us, and had snacks, water, a toilet, and onboard showers. Jena was friendly and knowledgeable, and the crew adjusted the itinerary to our requests. From the jetty, we went to Manta Bay and Manta Point, spotting several manta rays. Jena helped us take nice photos. Fishing was fun, and with the crew’s help with bait, we caught a bucket of fish, which excited the kids. Lunch on Nusa Penida Island was tasty and family-friendly, with a pleasant island setting. At SD Point, we snorkeled among beautiful corals and saw a few sea turtles. We then returned to Bali Island, with the driver dropping us off at our hotel by 5:00 PM.
The rough seas caused seasickness for some of us, and we regretted not taking the seasickness pills Jena offered at check-in—a missed opportunity. Still, Jena and the crew were attentive, keeping us safe and comfortable, and they communicated well about itinerary changes. The package included snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, towels, water, and entrance tickets. The GoPro footage, with Jena’s photo help, was a nice keepsake.
Jena’s guidance, JetAsia’s organization, the Visa payment option, the comfortable office, and the well-equipped JA20 boat made this a great trip, despite the seasickness. The crew’s flexibility and support with fishing and photos added to the experience. For families looking for a snorkeling and fishing adventure in Bali, JetAsia’s JA20 with Jena is a solid choice!

Toyi and Paco were fantastic guides on our snorkeling excursion! My friends felt very reassured and comfortable the entire time, and both of them knew how to make the group laugh. Definitely recommend!!!!

Definitely enjoyed the trip with Eric & Rinngo. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and I am truly glad I was able to pick them because I had so much fun and the boat was amazing.
Sadly we were not able to see the manta rays because of the weather but we were able to snorkel and the free photos under the water were a plus.
Will definitely be back again.

Definitely enjoyed the trip with Eric & Rinngo. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and I am truly glad I was able to pick them because I had so much fun and the boat was amazing.
Sadly we were not able to see the manta rays because of the weather but we were able to snorkel and the free photos under the water were a plus.

The trip is worth 100%, Putu and Morgan's attention do even better are very attentive, funny and enjoy what they do. There are very few things that could be improved like: the Snorkel tubes could be new and should be the same for the whole trip, since after lunch they were changed. Additionally I would have liked more time in Kelingking Beach

The crew, the boat and the equipment was all top notch. And they knew where to take us for the best snorkeling experience. And a great lunch was included at a nice restaurant. Couldn’t be any better!!

Today was amazing! We saw so many fish, turtles and Manta Rays! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the views at all of the places were so beautiful! This was a 10/10 experience!
