Our family was met by Ajung at a coffee shop at Sanur before we met the lead guide, Nyoman. We were informed that there hasn’t been any sightings of mantas in the past few days. So, off we went anyway. Nyoman was very patient and gave a very clear safety instructions on putting on snorkeling gear for beginners like me and some of my family members. Ajung (the young man with the “Gucci” hat) was very respectful towards the elders and took lots of photos (especially under water). The other two boat crews Dek “Nemo” and Ketut, the captain, made up a perfect and fun entertaining team and created such a pleasant experience.
We were taken to a restaurant that I hope your company no longer associates with. We waited soooo long for our foods and some of us were not informed that their order was no longer available. The boat crew did not receive their orders either (and left with an empty stomach).
After lunch, we went to Kelingking beach to see the very famous t-rex 🦖 shaped island. It was breathtaking. I wish that we had more time here to walk down to the beach (reason for the 4 stars instead of 5). And beware of monkeys 🐒 here.
Then we took about 50 minutes car ride to the boat with our final destination to snorkel again to see the turtles 🐢. I was too tired at this point but my sister was able to see 5 turtles 🐢.
Don’t give it a second thought in booking this tour. Just do it! I had so much fun and left with beautiful memories. (TA)

A good experience! Nemo, Micky and the rest of the team took good care of my husband and I.
The only suggestion we have, is to slow down and give to the people a bit more time to enjoy the activities, maybe by skipping the second of the four snorkeling in the schedule. (TA)

Very enjoyable tour with lovely snorkelling. Communication via WhatsApp before the trip was excellent and very helpful. Our guides Arlo and Sandy were very friendly and took very good care of us. The snorkelling was good but sad to see such bleaching and death of coral. I was disappointed to see everyone applying sunscreen immediately before going in the water and thought the guides could have used this opportunity to offer a little education on the environmental impact of this.
The land trip was less impressive. Long drives and pretty uninspiring destinations, overrun by tour groups. Lunch was lovely though.
ImTowels, fruit and drinking water was provided but it was s shame the water came in tiny bottles. So much plastic! I would rather they ask us to bring a refillable bottle and have a large water container on the boat, as I have seen on other trips.

Very enjoyable tour with lovely snorkelling. Communication via WhatsApp before the trip was excellent and very helpful. Our guides Arlo and Sandy were very friendly and took very good care of us. The tour was very good, Gio and Derik were very kind, unfortunately we did not see any mantas but we saw a lot of turtles. We would not advice for the pick-up and drop-off service because we waited for one hour in the morning and even more in the afternoon due to some disorganization issues. Moreover we did not see all the spots we were supposed to see because the program of the tour is very tight and the plan is infeasible in one day. The restaurant where we had lunch was very good with a nice view. Overall it has been a nice day and they also sent us the pictures and videos they made underwater during snorkeling.

We would not advice for the pick-up and drop-off service because we waited for one hour in the morning and even more in the afternoon due to some disorganization issues. Moreover we did not see all the spots we were supposed to see because the program of the tour is very tight and the plan is infeasible in one day. The restaurant where we had lunch was very good with a nice view. Overall it has been a nice day and they also sent us the pictures and videos they made underwater during snorkeling.

It was a great experience, beautiful scenery at broken beach and the little finger, as well as the underwater scenes of the coral reefs and shoals of fish, truly beautiful. Nemo and his friend were very friendly guides and made us feel very welcome. There were a couple of issues with the trip however. The organisation was off, and from the get go if me and my partner weren't paying attention to the tour guide we would have got left behind. Also, for the first snorkeling spot (manta bay), there was no instruction on how to put on the equipment or use it which lead to me having quite a bad first experience snorkeling. The rest of the group were clearly experienced snorkellers so if you're a beginner, you'll probably want to wear a life jacket at the first spot and probably the 3rd spot, also make sure to ask how to use the snorkel if you aren't sure. Thankfully, I was able to give the other spots a go and it went really well, but it did feel like a sink or swim mentality. As for the other elements of the trip, expect a lot of travel by car between scenic hotpots and bring your own water as we ran out part way round. Overall it was a good trip and I would recommend it.
